Maintenance Request 24/7


You can report and request maintenance for your property any day and anytime....it's easy !


Once your maintenance is logged, we will discuss the request with your Landlord for their instructions.

If an issue arises that requires urgent attention, you will be able to escalate the matter through the chat service to help determine IF it requires after-hours attention and how the issue can first be isolated and ensure both you and the property are kept safe.

Any maintenance deemed to be ‘user error’, or ‘no fault found’, the tenant will incur the cost of the invoice. So please ensure any troubleshooting steps requested by the trade, or agent are followed through with to avoid unnecessary cost for yourself.


EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE:

Emergency maintenance is considered to be fire, floor or electrical issue.
